Delivery and Shipping policy

We have been delivering orders overseas for several years and in the process have developed a strong partnership with many reputed and established courier services. Upon checkout clients may choose to pick up their purchase in store or have their items delivered by courier. If you wish for your order to be delivered to you, simply select this option when filling out the delivery and shipping section during checkout.

We deliver Worldwide. The total shipping cost for your purchase will be calculated during the check out process. Below, you will find a table detailing shipping options and delivery times to various destinations. We use professional packaging materials and comply with all courier recommended guidelines to minimise any chance of damage during shipping.

All our parcels will need to be signed for. All orders can be tracked through the carrier’s website using the tracking number we will send you at dispatch. Please note that we will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout your purchase, from the payment process to the delivery of your purchase.

All items are sent as certified goods and are fully insured to the correct value. Please do not accept any packages that have been tampered with.

Standard Delivery

Orders within France using the standard delivery option will arrive within 2-3 working days.

 

European Delivery Service

Delivery to countries within the EU will take 4-7 working days.

 

International Delivery Service

Please allow 10-15 working days for international delivery. The cost of shipping will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Further Information

All parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure that you will be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

All orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks – inability to contact you through the contract details you provide us with may result in the dispatch of your order being delayed.

We inspect all items before dispatching your order. Complaints concerning damages caused during delivery shall be covered by the insurance provided a formal complaint is submitted ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY by phone or email. Complaints made after this period will not be covered by the insurance and any repairs will be your responsibility.

As a standard we do not offer express shipping options if you live outside of Spain, however, if you cannot wait to get your hands on your new purchase please contact our Customer Service team on +33 (0) 1 42 60 26 49 or cc@cristal-concorde.com who will be happy to arrange express delivery, if possible, at a small premium.
